These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://members.thegrouppracticeexchange.com (“Website”), including all memberships, courses, downloads, videos, community features, and other resources provided through the Website.

By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use this Website.

2. Membership Accounts

To access member-only content, you must create an account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.

3. Membership Access

Your membership provides access only to the content included in your selected membership plan.

We reserve the right to modify, improve, replace, or discontinue content, features, or services at any time.

4. Payments and Renewals

Membership fees are processed securely through Stripe.

Recurring memberships automatically renew according to the subscription plan selected during checkout unless cancelled before the next billing date.

You authorize Stripe to process recurring payments where applicable.

5. Refund Policy

Any refund policy described on the applicable sales page or checkout page forms part of these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated, membership fees already paid are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your login credentials.
  • Allow others to use your membership.
  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute member content without written permission.
  • Upload harmful, unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
  • Attempt to interfere with the Website’s operation or security.

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All Website content, including text, graphics, logos, videos, downloads, templates, worksheets, courses, branding, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to The Group Practice Exchange and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your personal or internal business use only.

8. User Content

If you submit comments, questions, testimonials, or other content through the Website, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting our services, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

Our Website integrates third-party services, including Stripe, Vimeo, ActiveCampaign, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your membership during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that may harm the Website, its members, or our business.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Website constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
