WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE?

The Exchange is a membership program made specifically for group practices. It’s a business development resource dedicated to group practice ownership and leadership. It’s meant to be your reference, your guide, your training hub, and your place for connection with other group practice owners. Join us in the group practice building journey.

Building a group practice is no easy feat.

I’M DR. AJITA ROBINSON

I'm an Income Strategist, Multi-passionate Entrepreneur, Clinician, and Educator. I am the CEO of Coin Collectors Academy, Mastering Insurance LLC and Friends in Transition Counseling, LLC. I launched my Private Practice while finishing my doctorate. Within 8 months of opening my practice I scaled to a group practice and have now built a 7-figure practice. I have successfully built two other 6 figure businesses.

Mary Beth Storjohann, CFP® and Founder of Workable Wealth works as a financial planner and accountabilty coach to help clients across the country make smart, educated choices with their money. Kasey Compton, Mindsight Behavioral Group

Kasey R. Compton is a Licensed Professional Counselor who knew from the moment she applied for graduate school that she wanted to be a group practice owner. Since 2015 she has owned and operated her practice, Mindsight Behavioral Group. This group has grown and evolved from 2 providers to 70 in less than three years!  Kasey focuses on the 3Ps, People, Process, and Profits when she's working with other group owners scale their practices. She enjoys developing innovative and strategic ways to be more efficient and make more money in your business!

Maureen Werrbach, The Group Practice Exchange

Maureen is the owner of a multi location group practice in Chicago and owner of The Group Practice Exchange and co-owner of Group Practice Builders. Maureen loves creating a safe space for clinicians and clients to do amazing work together, and equally enjoys helping group practice owners start and scale (and growing alternate passive income streams!).

Roy Huggins + Liath Dalton, Person Centered Tech

Roy Huggins, LPC NCC, is a counselor in private practice, a professional web developer, ethics professor, subject matter advisor for licensing boards and professional organizations, and the Director of Person Centered Tech.

Liath Dalton is the Deputy Director and co-owner of PCT. Liath oversees the vendor review program and is the account manager for group practices working with PCT. She loves helping practices find solutions that meet the security and functionality needs that allow them to meet clients where they are.

Lindsay Keisman, Pivotal Counseling Center

Lindsay Keisman is the owner of Pivotal Counseling Center, a group practice with two locations in a rural/suburban area. Lindsay has a double masters in counseling and organizational psychology with experience providing team development and executive coaching. Before launching her group practice, Lindsay managed a hospital-based behavioral health program with therapists, nurses, and doctors. Lindsay loves to help people strike a balance between kicking ass at work and a healthy lifestyle with their family and friends. Lindsay is known for saying it like it is, helping you step-by-step, and offering practical “how-to” tips and approaches. She helps with everything from leadership, hiring, structuring and staff engagement to the basics of insurance, websites, and processes that help practices run smoothly and efficiently.
